Ginger Milk Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
2 teaspoons ginger juice
1 teaspoon agar-agar powder (or gelatin powder)
2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. 
- Stir in the sugar until fully dissolved. 
- Remove the milk from heat and stir in the ginger juice. 
- In a separate small bowl, mix the agar-agar powder with water until well combined. 
- Pour the agar-agar mixture into the warm milk while stirring continuously. 
- Return the saucepan to the stove and heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to thicken slightly. 
- Once thickened, remove from heat and pour the mixture into serving cups or moulds. 
- Allow the pudding to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until set. 
- Once set, serve the Ginger Milk Pudding chilled and enjoy its smooth texture and subtle ginger flavour!
