Sensational Black Sesame Dessert Delight Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup black sesame seeds
1/2 cup sugar (adjust according to taste)
2 cups water
1/4 cup glutinous rice flour
2 cups coconut milk
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings: toasted sesame seeds, chopped nuts, or fresh fruit
Instructions:
- Toast the black sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. Be careful not to burn them. Let them cool slightly. 
- Grind the toasted sesame seeds in a blender or food processor until they form a smooth paste. 
- In a saucepan, combine the ground sesame paste, sugar, and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool. 
- In a separate bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour with a little water to form a smooth paste. 
- Return the sesame mixture to low heat and gradually stir in the glutinous rice flour paste, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. 
- Add the coconut milk and salt, stirring until well combined. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and thickened. 
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving. 
- Serve the black sesame dessert warm or chilled, topped with toasted sesame seeds, chopped nuts, or fresh fruit if desired.
