Balancing Emotions Herbal Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups vegetable broth
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped kale
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large pot, heat vegetable broth over medium heat. 
- Add chopped carrots, celery, onion, kale, minced garlic, grated ginger, and dried thyme to the pot. 
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
- Bring the soup to a simmer and let it cook for about 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. 
- Once cooked, remove from heat and let the soup cool slightly. 
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
