Immune-Boosting Turmeric Ginger Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. 
- Add grated ginger and ground turmeric to the boiling water. 
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes. 
- Strain the tea into a cup. 
- Add honey and lemon juice if desired. 
- Stir well and enjoy hot.
