Metal Elemental Roasted Vegetable Medley
Ingredients:
1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 daikon radish, peeled and diced
1 pear, peeled and cubed
1 onion, cut into wedges
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower florets, diced daikon radish, cubed pear, onion wedges, and minced garlic. 
- Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly. Add grated ginger, ground turmeric, salt, and pepper, and toss again to distribute the seasonings. 
- Spread the seasoned vegetables in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. 
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned, tossing halfway through the cooking time. 
- Once roasted, remove from the oven and transfer the vegetables to a serving platter. 
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
