Cucumber-Watermelon Salad with Green Tea Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
2 cups cubed watermelon
1 tablespoon green tea leaves
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Brew the green tea leaves in 1 cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Allow it to cool completely. 
- In a small bowl, mix together the brewed green tea, honey, and lemon juice to make the dressing. 
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumber slices and cubed watermelon. 
- Drizzle the green tea dressing over the cucumber and watermelon mixture. 
- Toss gently to coat the fruits evenly with the dressing. 
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves. 
- Serve immediately as a refreshing salad or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
