Fire Body Balance Soup
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped cucumber
2 cups diced watermelon
2 cups chopped leafy greens (such as spinach or kale)
1 cup chopped bitter melon
1 cup chopped dandelion greens
4 cups vegetable broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté until fragrant. 
- Add chopped cucumber, watermelon, leafy greens, bitter melon, and dandelion greens to the pot. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
- Pour in vegetable broth and bring the soup to a simmer. Allow it to cook for another 10-15 minutes until all the vegetables are tender. 
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
