Sweet Dreams Herbal Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
1 tablespoon dried lemon balm leaves
1 tablespoon dried passionflower leaves
1 cinnamon stick
4 cups water
Honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil. 
- Once boiling, add the chamomile flowers, lavender flowers, lemon balm leaves, passionflower leaves, and cinnamon stick to the saucepan. 
- Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the herbs to infuse into the water. 
- After 10 minutes, remove the saucepan from the heat and let the tea steep for an additional 5 minutes. 
- Strain the tea into mugs or a teapot, discarding the herbs and cinnamon stick. 
- If desired, sweeten the tea with honey or your preferred sweetener.
